Частный дом апартаментного типа. Выход на центральную улицу Ленина ко всем достопримечательностям курорта, которые расположены в центральной части. Выход и спуск на новый променад для прогулок с улицы Балтийской, есть выход на свой не большой пляж. 15-20 минут пешей прогулки. Можно арендовать велосипеды.
Гостей встречаем во дворе дома или в аэропорту Храброво.
