Квартира для тихого семейного отдыха, не для вечеринок. Под запретом любой вид курения в квартире и подъезде. При запахе табачного дыма залог не возвращается. Сдается от трёх суток. Залог 5000, возвращается в день выселения, после уборки. Для заселения необходим паспорт, составляется договор аренды. Время заезда - 15-00. Выселение - 12-00. (Оговаривается).
