Сдаетcя гостевoй дoмик oт 1 суток и бoлее в Зеленоградском районе, пос. Переславское . Это между Калининградом в 15 километрах и Зеленоградском - в 19 километрах.

Дом 2023 года, новый ремонт в современном стиле, планировка свободная, никто не проживал. Имеются все коммуникации: свет, вода.
15 -20 минут и вы на шикарном пляже любого города курорта Калининградской области. Удобная развязка - во все направления курортных городов Зеленоградска, Светлогорска, Пионерского, Янтарного.
В доме имеется все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Вход отдельный, во дворе газон, хвойные деревья, на участке навес для парковки автомобиля.

Тихое место для отдыха. Можно пожарить шашлык, закоптить рыбу. Покататься на велосипеде.
Идеально подходит для пары и семьи с одним или двумя детьми.

Отличный хозяин, земляк моего мужа. Расположение очень удобное, можно посмотреть все ближайшие города, есть автобусная остановка прямо у дома, недалеко электричка, три кафе, пятерочка, 2 фермерских магазина. Не хотели уезжать.
