Advantages:

Удобное расположение, в квартире есть всё необходимое, быстрое решение возникающих вопросов, на первом этаже есть хорошее кафе, где всегда можно поесть и чего-нибудь выпить, включая кофе.

Disadvantages:

Единственный нюанс для тех, кто спит с открытыми окнами, это несколько повышенный шум из-за брусчатки, на которую выходят окна (проезжая часть).
