Расположение апартаментов совмещает два города Светлогорск и Пионерск, которых соединяет новая трасса для машин и велодорожка для любителей велосипедов. До центра Светлогорска 20 минут пешком по обустроенной пешеходной дорожке. В 15-ти минутах пешком располагается пляж (3 минуты на машине).
