Advantages:

Хороший хозяин. Пошел навстречу, заселились раньше времени. Приятный, свежий ремонт, прекрасная кухня, просторная квартира. Из минусов: Шумно хлопают двери. Не хватает шторки в ванной. Проживали в переходный период и немного не справились с теплым полом (с ним душновато, без него прохладно, но в целом некритично). В общем остались только приятные впечатления у всей компании.
