Advantages:

Уютная , чистая квартира. Удобное расположение. До станции вокзала, с которой удобно добраться до любого пункта буквально 5-7 минут, до моря с прекрасным пляжем на электрички 5 минут. В пешей доступности от кв супермаркет, продуктовые магазины. А самое главное - Очень гостеприимная, отзывчивая хозяйка 🌸
